A Taste of Yoga
Yoga studios and
classes abound
in Denver these
days, but it’s hard
to know what the
experience will be
before walking in
the door. Some
classes are hot and
crowded, others
move quickly
and you must be
familiar with the series and terminology.
Instead of just struggling through, join this
educational and rejuvenating yoga workshop
and really explore the poses and benefits
of yoga for your body. The first half of the
class will move slowly through a Vinyasa
flow sequence (not too cardio, perfect
for beginners or less-than-athletic types)
introducing the poses carefully with lots
personal guidance. After a short break to
enjoy your snack (student brings), try a yoga
session designed to give your body time
to recuperate and relax.
Michael Barriga
is a certified yoga instructor who loves to
give his students personal and encouraging
instruction.
