complexion. In class, discuss the top 11
skin concerns that most people face as they
age (dullness, sagging, dark spots, more)
and learn about specific ingredients and
widely-available products that address those
issues. Demystify ingredients like peptides
and retinols, and get the low-down on
masks, peels, and organic vs. non-organic
products. Learn about supplements (teas,
probiotics, coenzyme Q10, etc) and what
they may or may not be able to do for your
skin from the inside out. Lastly, discuss
the power of superfoods and which ones
