NEW! Break Through Your
Barriers
Tap into the Power of EFT
If you are tired of feeling powerless over
circumstances in your life and are ready
to make a shift, join this workshop to
learn a powerful tool that anyone can
use. Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
is a process for releasing the internal,
subconscious blocks that keep you from
achieving personal and professional
goals. EFT is a technique that combines
ancient Chinese acupressure with modern
psychology. By stimulating your body’s
meridian points with your fingertips you
are able to “tap” into your own energy
and healing power. EFT is effective in
reducing fears, anxiety, and pain. It
can retrain your brain to release food
cravings and habits, and it can remove
internal blocks and improve self-esteem
and personal performance.

NEW! Community Organizing
How Citizens Can Impact Decision Making
“Our hands are tied,” is often the message from local elected officials when people try to
address issues of community concern. Increasingly, citizens are prevented from making
decisions and enacting laws that directly affect their communities. Power is held at higher
levels of state or federal government and corporations often prevail in court decisions. This
class is for anyone with an important issue facing their community, from environmental
hazards to minimum wage, to rent control and more. Find out how you and your community
can approach problems and get results. Learn about rights-based organizing, citizens’
initiatives, community Bills of Rights, and more, from people who have been through
the processes. Since retiring as VP of publishing operations at McGraw-Hill Education,
Merrily Mazza
has devoted herself to advocating for the rights to self-government for local
communities. She is president of the Colorado Community Rights Network and serves on
the city council in Lafayette.

NEW! Choosing Happiness
Being Happier Today
You deserve to be happy. Being successful doesn’t
automatically make you happy but being happy
makes you more successful. You may not remember
how to be happy, but you can learn to feel that way
more often and more quickly. It is about tapping
into what really matters to you and making choices.
In this workshop, explore the internal and external
factors that can impede positive feelings and identify new behaviors and patterns that you
can adopt to enhance contentment and joy. Learn how changing your beliefs will change
your behavior which, in turn, will change how others see and treat you. As a licensed coach
and minister with the Centers of Spiritual Living in the Center of Peace,
Marti Wolf
helps
people who are tired of being in spiritual and emotional pain to reconnect with and use
their inner strength and peace to transform and live a purposeful, passionate, and happy
life.

NEW! The Enneagram
A Tour of the Types
The Enneagram is an uncommonly accurate, useful, and insightful personality system. It
provides a deep understanding of ourselves and those with whom we live and work. This
class is for anyone new to the Enneagram and has had their interest piqued. Unlike the
more complicated Meyers-Briggs personality system (18 possible choices), the Enneagram
has nine personality types that characterize the fundamental world views that shape the
ways people typically think, feel, and act. The Enneagram is a helpful tool for professional
development and an engaging and useful tool for discovering our spiritual nature, the truth
of who we are, and our connection to others.
Chris Krueger
, a student of the Enneagram
for over 30 years, is a certified Enneagram teacher. He has an intense interest in the
discovery of the most authentic self.
