due to a complete elevator modernization.
Building 42:
Elevator will be completely out of service
beginning Thursday, September 8, 8 a.m., through
Thursday, September 22, 5 p.m. due to a complete
elevator modernization.
Building 80:
Elevator will be completely out of service
beginning Thursday, September 29, 8 a.m., through
Thursday, October 13, 5 p.m. due to a complete
elevator modernization.
Please note the following:
If a medical emergency arises, call 911 first.
If you need assistance walking up or down the
stairs only, you may call Community Response at
303-364-4924. Please do not feel that you are being a burden; we
are here to help you.
If you are unable to walk up or down the stairs during this time, you
may be able to reserve the Windsor Gardens guest suite during
times when the elevator will be inoperable. The policy “Guest Suite
Elevator Modification Schedule: Elevators will be Out-of-Service
Use by Affected Residents During Periods of Access Affecting
Work” is available on our website at

org or you can contact the office for additional information. You may
want to also contact your insurance representative as
your homeowner policy may include coverage for loss
of use.
For your convenience we will have chairs placed
on every stairwell landing. We don’t want people over
extending themselves or possibly causing an injury.
You can make arrangements to have your
groceries delivered by King Soopers by calling 303-
778-5464. When you hear the recording begin, press
“1” and an operator will take your order. When ordering
before 2 p.m. orders will usually be delivered before
noon the following day barring any emergencies and/
or the nature of your order. You may also order online
.
Please try to avoid making any unnecessary appointments during
the elevator modification if you’re not able to handle walking stairs.

Window Washing
Schedule
WINDOW SCREENS REMOVAL
Please remove window screens one day prior to the scheduled day
or the night before the scheduled day. Windows that have screens on
them will not be washed.
If you are not physically able to
remove the screens and want
assistance from themaintenance
staff, you must sign up on the
sheet provided in the building’s
laundry room by 8 a.m. three days before window washing in your
building. Please do not remove the sign-up sheet from the laundry
room. Maintenance staff will come and pick up the sign-up sheet.
Please do not call the Association Office for screen removals. The
office will not be able to schedule this for you. You must use the
sign-up sheet in the laundry room if you wish to have your screens
removed.
Screens will be removed from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. one day prior to the
scheduled window washing or the Friday before if the washing is
scheduled for Monday. You must be home for screen removal, and
the maintenance staff will not be able to return to your unit if you are
not home. If you live in a townhome, you will need to call the office
three days prior to your window cleaning to schedule your screen
removal.
Screens will be reinstalled the following day between 12:30 p.m. to
4 p.m. If you are not home during that time, the maintenance staff
will not put the screens back in for you. You will have to make other
arrangements to have the screens reinstalled.
Please remember that this service is for those who are not physically
capable of removing their screens.
King Kong Building Services, Inc. will wash the outside building windows again this year. This window
cleaning schedule is subject to change due to inclement weather. If a day is lost due to weather, advance
the schedule by the working days lost (don’t include weekend days).
