College Avenue for $5.38 million.

Located at 200 N. College Ave.
in Fort Collins, the property
includes approximately 31,000
square feet of existing buildings
leased to Compass Cider, Cop-
perMuse Distillery, Pateros Creek
Brewing Co., Dynamik Ceramix,
EZ Pawn and other tenants. The
buildings are 85 percent occupied.
The property at 200 N. College houses a distillery, brewery and other
businesses.

Bass Pro Shops has abandoned
plans to build a 117,000-square-
foot store at Centerra inLoveland.
A statement released by
McWhinney, Centerra’s develop-
er, said Bass Pro Shops decided
not to pursue construction at this
time “due to several unforeseen
changes.” A Bass Pro spokes-
woman declined to elaborate.
Bass Pro reportedly plans to sell
the 15-acre site at the northeast
corner of Interstate 25 and U.S.
Highway 34 back to McWhinney.
Sporting goods retailer Scheels
announced in early June it would
build a 250,000-sf “Scheels Retail
Shopping Adventure,” showcas-
ing Colorado’s largest selection
of sporting goods, fashion and
footwear, at I-25 and Highway 34
in Johnstown. The store is sched-
uled to break ground early next
year and open in September 2017.

Forney Industries
property in Fort Collins, which
had been on themarket for several
years, sold for $2.38 million.
Salud Health Centers LLC
purchased the property, which
includes a 42,091-square-foot
office/warehouse, 39,486-sf ware-
house and 12,257-sf warehouse
on approximately 20 acres.
Forney moved out of the build-
ing after acquiring a new head-
quarters office building at 2057
Vermont Drive in Fort Collins in
January.
