Scheiner Commercial Group
Inc. completed construction of
Somnia, a sleep wellness store
located on the lower level of Park
Meadows mall in Lone Tree.
Denver-based G3 Architecture
designed the 2,200-square-foot
tenant improvement project.
Design features of Somnia’s flag-
ship store include Plexiglas décor
items, bamboo flooring, alabaster
marble counter tops with interior
LED lighting, curved walls and S
shaped design fixtures to match
the store’s signature brand.
Additionally, the lighting
includes a variety of different
colored mood lighting emanat-
ing from recessed ceiling coves.
Dental chairs are located in the
back of the store for private con-
sultations.

cipal. “This new facility embod-
ies the visionary wherewithal of
addressing chronic sleep disor-
ders in the convenience of a brick
and mortar retail setting.”
Founded in 2013, Somnia is
a sleep wellness store with the
mission of helping people of all
ages who suffer from sleep issues
including insomnia and obstruc-
tive sleep apnea or snoring.
Expansion plans include addi-
tional stores in Colorado with the
goal of 100-plus stores nation-
wide in the next seven years.
