Scheiner Commercial Group Inc. completed construction of Somnia, a sleep wellness store located on the lower level of Park Meadows mall in Lone Tree. Denver-based G3 Architecture designed the 2,200-square-foot tenant improvement project. Design features of Somnia’s flagship store include Plexiglas décor items, bamboo flooring, alabaster marble counter tops with interior LED lighting, curved walls and S shaped design fixtures to match the store’s signature brand.
Additionally, the lighting includes a variety of different colored mood lighting emanating from recessed ceiling coves. Dental chairs are located in the back of the store for private consultations. “Our relationship with Somnia is highly valued and it’s been a privilege to be associated with a group of entrepreneurs who have invested so much to develop innovative and much needed sleep products and services,” said Joe Scheiner, company principal. “This new facility embodies the visionary wherewithal of addressing chronic sleep disorders in the convenience of a brick and mortar retail setting.” Founded in 2013, Somnia is a sleep wellness store with the mission of helping people of all ages who suffer from sleep issues including insomnia and obstructive sleep apnea or snoring. Expansion plans include additional stores in Colorado with the goal of 100-plus stores nationwide in the next seven years.
