THANKSGIVING NOVENA TO ST. JUDE
O Holy St. Jude, Apostle and Martyr, great in virtue and
rich in miracles, near kinsman of Jesus Christ, faithful in-
tercessor of all who invoke your special patronage in time
of need, to you I have recourse from the depth of my heart
and humbly beg to whom God has given such great power
to come to my assistance. Help me in my present and urgent
petition. In return I promise to make your name known and
cause you to be invoked. St. Jude pray for us and all who
invoke your aid. Amen.
Say three Our Fathers, Hail Marys and Glorias. Pub-

S. Beach Blvd, Waveland, will hold a
drawdown on Saturday, October 25, 7-10
pm. The tickets are $100.

day, October 25.
Two non-profit organizations have
joined together to raise funds to assist the
needy in our community for people of all
faiths on Saturday, October 25, 8 am.
Shotgun start, 4 person scramble, (men
and women). Entry fee is $75 each or
$250 per team-handicap system, individ-
ual or corporate sponsors $250 per team.
Each player receives a breakfast, buffet
lunch and beverages are included. Entry
fee deadline is October 21.

sausage, coffee; lunch will consist of
gumbo, hamburgers, hot dogs and fried
fish, potato salad and cold beverages.

PASCAGOULA -- Resurrection
Catholic School will host its annual
Drawdown on Saturday, November 1,
from 7 pm until 10 pm in the Delmas
Activity Center at Sacred Heart Catholic
Church. $100 tickets are on sale at the
High School office: (228) 762-3353. Up
to four people may split a ticket. Grand
Prize is $10,000.

RCS Drawdown
BAY ST. LOUIS -- There will be a
viewing of the U.N. International Statue
of the World Apostolate of Faith at Our
Lady of the Gulf Parish, 228 South Beach
Blvd, on Friday, Oct. 24, beginning after
the 8:15 Mass and continuing until 4 pm.
Judith Studer, a renowned speaker,
will be present. First class relics will be
available for veneration. All are invited
to submit their written prayer petitions to
be placed in a basket at the entrance of
the church. These petitions will be hand
delivered to Fatima, Portugal, where Our
Lady gave her message.
Viewing will continue on Saturday,
Oct. 25 after the 7:30 Mass until noon. At
12:15 pm there will be a free lunch in the
Catholic Life Center. From 1:30 pm until
4 pm, there will be two special presenta-
tions in the Catholic Life Center.
Studer will share her life experienc-
es concerning her travels, miracles and
healings.
Author Joan Alix will speak on her
book
“A Gift of Miraculous Visions.”
First class relics and the statue will be
