west-side senior living community

et near the Roxborough foothills of the Colorado Rockies with majestic views of Chat-
field State Park and downtown Denver, the Grandview of Roxborough is a new way to
look at age-preferred living.
The four-story, 150,000-square-foot Grandview project is made up of 91 resident-owned
condominium units featuring five different floor plans. Common area amenities include a
fitness center, bistro/pub restaurant with private dining, salon, corner store, grand patio with
outdoor fireplace, theater/chapel and a visitor’s guest suite.

Maxwell Builders expands central
Boulder space for Juwi Solar
T
eammates Commercial Interiors completed furnishings for downtown Cush-
man & Wakefield office. The office, located on 17th Street, is furnished with
Teknion commercial furniture. The scope of the project included private of-
fices, reception, and conference space. Teammates helped to take full advantage of
the downtown views and natural daylight by using frosted glass and light airy fin-
ishes in the Teknion District private offices. The offices include ample storage while
maintaining a modern and clean aesthetic. The conference room is the crowned
jewel. Seen from the lobby of the building, it is furnished with Stylex chrome and
leather chairs as well as a Teknion Dossier back-painted glass conference table.

uwi Solar is located on Boulder’s Twenty Ninth Street retail center. This proj-
ect was an expansion of Juwi’s space so it could sublease space to Zayo
Group. Maxwell was proud to be a part of this office expansion.

IMA Insurance space in Union Station

MA Inc. was the first company to open its doors as part of the Union Station re-
development. They approached Elements and Semple Brown Design to create
a space that enhanced their brand identity within Denver’s emerging transit-
oriented neighborhood. Using DIRTT’s customizable, sustainable and flexible pre-
constructed wall solutions, an adaptable, modern workspace was created for IMA.
