Teammates completes downtown

space for Cushman & Wakefield

Maxwell Builders expands central

Boulder space for Juwi Solar

T

eammates Commercial Interiors completed furnishings for downtown Cush-

man & Wakefield office. The office, located on 17th Street, is furnished with

Teknion commercial furniture. The scope of the project included private of-

fices, reception, and conference space. Teammates helped to take full advantage of

the downtown views and natural daylight by using frosted glass and light airy fin-

ishes in the Teknion District private offices. The offices include ample storage while

maintaining a modern and clean aesthetic. The conference room is the crowned

jewel. Seen from the lobby of the building, it is furnished with Stylex chrome and

leather chairs as well as a Teknion Dossier back-painted glass conference table.

J

uwi Solar is located on Boulder’s Twenty Ninth Street retail center. This proj-

ect was an expansion of Juwi’s space so it could sublease space to Zayo

Group. Maxwell was proud to be a part of this office expansion.
