NEW! Life is a Stage
Make Sure You Give Your
Best Performance
We’re told to “go with the flow” and
not “sweat the small stuff”, but that’s
easier said than done. This class uses
improvisation to help participants enhance
their flexibility, adaptability, and listening
skills. Humans are born improvisers. We
don’t engage with our world reading from
a script, we wing it. Improvisation is not
always about wit and comedy or public
speaking skills; it is actually about creating
something (conversation, connection,
catalysts) with what is available. It allows
you to be ready for whatever comes next and
to handle life skillfully with good give and
take. Let performance coach, facilitator, and
improviser,
Lainie Hodges
, help you hone
your skills. Using interactive exercises and
fun improv games followed by discussion,
she will increase your ability to take what
comes and use it to your best advantage.
The results will have an immediate impact
on your professional and personal life and
enable you to show up as your best self!

Assertiveness Training for
Everyone
Assertiveness is a core life skill. The
goal is to stand up for yourself and your
beliefs effectively while retaining respect
for others. We sometimes think that being
accommodating is the only way to be
nice and that standing up for ourselves is
mean. The truth is that when you suppress
your needs, you’re more likely to blurt
your feelings in thoughtless ways or to
act out your feelings indirectly. Besides
preventing others from taking advantage
of you, being your own advocate boosts
your self-esteem. Learn what the difference
is between assertiveness, aggressiveness,
and passivity. Discover a simple formula
for expressing yourself that you can adapt
to different situations. And, in a supportive
atmosphere, fine-tune and practice your
skills through role-play.

The Art & Science of
Reading People
A Beginner Guide to
Neuro-Linguistic Programming
Imagine how it would feel to have a deep
understanding of how the people in your
life operate. What words would work magic
with them? Discover Neuro Linguistic
Programming (NLP), the study of how
words and their associations become your
unconscious “programming” and create
your behavior. Learn the 10 presuppositions
of NLP that describe people’s underlying
beliefs. Discuss meta programming and see
how we “chunk” or process information.
Learn anchor dissolving techniques to help
you dispel automatic or habitual responses.
Leave with an understanding of how to avoid
conflicts by seeing directly into the heart
of people and situations.

experience in IT and engineering and has
always been fascinated by how things work.
For over 25 years, he’s applied that curiosity
to understanding how people work as he
has studied and become a NLP master
