NEW! Beginning Russian
Conversation
Begin learning the Russian language in a
language immersion environment. This lively
and interactive introductory course is taught
in Russian with English used to explain
grammar concepts and activities. Learn
how to read and write the Cyrillic alphabet.
Images, flashcard, and scripts will help you
to master vocabulary and basic grammar.
Hands-on activities using movement, games,
and partner work will ensure you absorb
what you’re learning and keep the class
lively and fun. By the end of the course you

from the region. Dive into this conversation
class and learn meaningful phrases, words,
greetings, that can make your travels much
easier. Discuss the different dialects and
their importance, gain an overview of the
alphabet, and develop cultural competence.
Class is highly interactive and focuses on
developing practical speaking skills, rather
than grammar or writing.
