Yoga of the Mind
A Centering and Grounding Medi-
tation Practice
Discover an active meditation technique
that can help you change how you interact
with others. If you often worry about other’s
concerns long after interacting with them,
or feel exhausted by all the people you
encounter everyday, this form of meditation
can be very helpful in restoring clear
boundaries in your relationships and bring
relief. Practice grounding, centering, and
clearing exercises to optimize your own
energy. Take home tools you can use and
practice easily everyday. Good for those
with busy minds, this mediation gives you
things to work on rather than trying to
achieve “emptiness.”

wonderful for, but not limited to, those who
work extensively with people: massage
therapists, psychologists, hair stylists,

professionals.

A Taste of Yoga
Walking into a yoga class can be intimidating, especially if you are unfamiliar with the
poses and their names. This class is different in that it is more like a private lesson.
Class is designed for both those wanting to start a Yoga Practice or those wanting help
with their current practice. First you will experience how your body relates to a Yoga
Practice. Then we work on creating a practice for you and can focus on any aspects of
your current practice you choose. By learning some of the basics of poses and flow, or
gaining a better understanding of them, you will be able to get more out of the Yoga
Practice you create. Class size is limited to four students to ensure lots of personal time
and attention.
