This year’s featured project is
TERMINAL AT 51st
—a 20 acre site located in the
Globeville
Neighborhood
of North Denver. Student teams will evaluate development opportuniƟes to create a
mixed-use development on the assemblage of parcels. The site will benet from adjacent
redevelopment such as the Asarco site to the north (Crossroads Commerce Park, Trammell Crow) and
the NaƟonal Western Center Redevelopment to the east. The Challenge site represents unique
opportuniƟes for development and place-making.
