was named a BOMAFellow, the
Building Owners and Manag-
ers Association International’s
highest level of recognition for
ongoing contributions to com-
mercial real estate.
Purviance-Anderson has 30
years’ expe-
rience
in

commercial

estate
in suburban
and down-
town office
markets with
r e s p o n s i -
bilities that
include capi-
tal
project
and general construction man-
agement.
Currently she serves Cush-
man & Wakefield as the general
manager at 1670 Broadway, a
36-story, LEED Gold certified,
high-rise office building in
Denver’s central business dis-
trict. Together with her team,
Purviance-Anderson played
an important role in the build-
ing’s 2015 local The Outstand-
ing Building of the Year award
win in the 500,000 to 1 million
square foot category.
Among her accomplish-
ments, she holds a real property
administrator designation, is
an RPA-HP candidate and is a
licensed Colorado broker.
Purviance-Anderson joined
BOMA in the 1990s and served
as president of the Denver chap-
ter in 2005. She has presided
over several local and BOMA
International committees and,
most recently, completed an
extended term on BOMA Inter-
national’s nominating commit-
tee.
“It’s a great honor to be
among the 2016 Class of BOMA
Fellows, and I look forward to
harnessing the opportunities
that will derive from this recog-
nition and my association with
so many industry profession-
als,” she said. “It’s an excit-
ing opportunity to be able to
contribute to and serve this very
necessary organization.”
The honorees will use the
“BOMA Fellow” credential after
their names and will be called
upon to serve BOMA in a variety
of capacities, including teaching,
authoring articles, mentoring
new members or young profes-
sionals, identifying future BOMA
leaders and serving as thought
leaders to identify future trends.
Purviance-Anderson and this
latest class of BOMAFellows will
be honored at the annual confer-
ence this month in Washington,
D.C.
Griffis/Blessing
announces contracts
Pinehill Crossing LLC desig-
nated Griffis/Blessing Inc. as
property manager of Pinehill
Crossing Shopping Center, locat-
ed at 19878 E. Hilltop Drive in
Parker. The 11,738-square-foot
retail center is 100 percent occu-
pied by six tenants.
Dora Fessler, newly designated
facility management professional
and commercial property man-
ager, will oversee the day-to-day
operations of the shopping center
with the assistance of Katie Kier,
management assistant, and Tiffa-
ny Koschwitz, property accoun-
tant.
The company also was award-
ed the property management
assignment of Tri-Peak Plaza
Shopping Center at 3805-3881 E.
Pikes Peak Ave. for BFM Azusa
Property LLC.
The 46,353-sf retail center is
home to Baskin Robbins, 7-Elev-
en, Boost Mobile, Popeye’s, and
Woody’s Bar & Grill.
Commercial Portfolio Manager
Suzan Parra will oversee the day-
to-day operations with the assis-
tance of Carrie Lanning, manage-
ment assistant, Koschwitz, prop-
erty accountant, and Mark Fox,
service technician.
The property is the 37th retail
center of the company’s man-
agement portfolio.
