Riley said Real Capital Solu-
tions intended to hold the
building until realizing leasing
momentum on 350 Interlocken,
a three-story office building
that was part of the portfolio.
That building now is largely
leased and has pending deals
that will take it to approximate-
ly 90 percent occupancy. The
company just completed solar
carports at 350 Interlocken that
provide much of the building’s
electricity. In addition to that
building, Real Capital Solu-
tions retained ownership of 100
Technology, where it has 13,000
sf of available space.
The building at 325 Interlock-
en B originally housed Inter-
locken’s development offices.
It was completed in 1985.

too. “It’s con-
sidered Gun-
barrel,
but
it’s within the
Boulder city
limits, so it has
a Boulder address,” Kruse said.
The building is unusual in that
it is suitable for small tenants but
also has 20-foot ceilings. It also
will have 12-by-10-foot loading
doors and mountain views.
Golden Triangle Construction
is the general contractor for the
building, which Railton McEvoy
Architects designed.
Burden Inc. owns approximate-
ly 500,000 sf of commercial prop-
erty, predominantly in Boulder
County.
