NAIOP Colorado members responded to a survey to gauge their outlook for Denver’s commercial real estate industry (and its beloved Broncos) in 2014. Wade
Warthen of Darling Milligan Horowitz took top honors with the most correct answers (seven out of 10), followed by runner-up Rick Woodruff of Urban Land
Conservancy, who had six correct answers. Warthen will receive a $100 gift certificate, free registration for the NAIOP Mid-Year Forecast Breakfast and a year’s
subscription to the Colorado Real Estate Journal. Woodruff will receive a $50 gift certificate and free registration to the Mid-Year Forecast. Survey results follow:
