Broker of the Year was Jim

Bolt of CBRE, a 17-time award

winner. Bolt completed 137

transactions worth more than

$163 million last year.

Jamie Gard of Newmark

Grubb Knight Frank was select-

ed as the top individual Office

Broker of the Year. A first-time

winner of the award, Gard

participated in more than 150

transactions in 2014, includ-

ing major transactions with

URS Corp., Nationwide, D.A.

Davidson and other tenants.

Brady O’Donnell of CBRE completed the

Capital Markets Transaction of the Year.

O’Donnell arranged $64.5 million in

permanent financing for Harvest Station,

a newly constructed, Class A multifamily

project along Highway 36, adjacent to

the Broomfield Transit Station.

Kevin Kelley of United Properties Colorado, along with Courtney Colbert of United

Properties Colorado, Tim D’Angelo and Mike Wafer of Newmark Grubb Knight

Frank, and Melissa Duce and Bill Katter of United Properties Minnesota, accepts the

award for Industrial Development of the Year, the first phase of Enterprise Business

Center.

The JLL team of Michael Crane

Andy Ross took the title for

the top office brokerage team

of 2014. The team had a

record year, completing more

than 184 transactions totaling

just over $200 million in total

consideration, while serving

a broad range of institutional

and local owners.

CBRE’s Daniel Miller was the

award winner in the Retail

Broker of the Year category.

Miller posted 32 transactions

and more than $47 million in

lease consideration.
