2014 BOMA awards
spotlight
A
sellout crowd of nearly 200
people attended the 2014 Mile
High Awards and holiday
celebration Thursday, Dec. 5 at the
History Colorado Center. The Mile High
Awards recognize individuals in the
commercial real estate industry who have
contributed much to Building Owners
and Managers Association and represent
the spirit of volunteerism, along with
individuals who have made significant
contributions to their buildings and
tenants.
As part of the festivities, Denver Metro
BOMA members and guests donated gifts
and toys at the celebration. This was the
19th year BOMA collected gifts and toys
for needy families around the holiday
season. The program has blossomed into
one of Denver’s largest toy and gift drives
with more than 25,000 gifts and toy
donations that are distributed to needy
children and adults through nearly two
dozen local charities.
