Board in Motion Considering a New Phone Service? You'll Want to Make Sure it is Compatible with the WG Intercom Entry System With the growing number of telephone providers in the Denver area we have found that some of the services offered are not compatible with our intercom entry systems. Some of these services such as Magic Jack and some of the Comcast bundled services do not provide a DTMF tone, which opens the door when the home owner presses 9 on the keypad. If you are considering a new phone system in your home, please make sure you ask your provider if their system provides the necessary DTMF tone.
