14 Gulf Pine Catholic • March 27, 2026 St. Vincent dePaul School held its annual Field Day on March 11. “We moved it up in the school calendar so the weather would be cooler, and everyone appreciated that,” said PE Coach, Allison Voiron. There were ten different stations or events and the students rotated through each one. Parents and SSC students volunteered to lead each station, and the school's PTO generously provided popsicles for each student from Pop Brothers. It was a great day! Teachers Kickball Game. This year several parents played as our staff is getting older, and many felt they couldn’t play kickball anymore. Fun was had by all. Two sixth grade students are injured, but their classmates made sure they could still participate. One pitched and another was able to kick the ball but not run, so a classmate acted as her pinch runner. It was a close game, but the sixth graders beat the teachers/ parents team.
