At the party, the council also received the double Star Council Award, earned from the Knights’ international Supreme Council for outstanding achievement in membership, insurance, and programming during the previous fraternal year. Knights also assisted with set-up and breakdown for the event, which is an important fundraiser for both the parish and the elementary school.
