Msgr. John McGrath, a native of Pascagoula who grew up in Our Lady of Victories Parish was the main celebrant and homilist. OLVVery Reverend CanonAdam Urbaniak, former pastor Father Tony Arguelles and current parochial vicar Father Adam Frey concelebrated the Mass. Deacons Mike Gilly and Stephen O'Brien assisted.
