Page 14 Incident Command System Colorado River Service Unit -Stephanie Joseph(PIO/CRSU) The Incident Command System (ICS), which is currently operating at the Colorado River Service Unit due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, is a management system designed to enable effective and efficient incident manage- ment. It accomplishes this by integrating a combination of facilities, equipment, personnel, procedures, and communications, all operating in an organizational structure. The ICS is used by all levels of the federal government as well as non- governmental organizations (NGOs), the private sector, and Tribal governments. The ICS Command staff at CRSU are: Perfecto Cronemeyer (Incident Commander), Stephanie Joseph (Public Information Officer), Taquanta Feely (Safety & Liaison Officer), Gary Polacca (Operations Chief), LCDR Brenda Hoverson (Planning Section Chief), Jason Keough (Logistics Section Chief), Robin Tahbo (Finance/Administration) and CDR Evangeline Pablo (Medical Technical Specialist).
