Gulf Pine Catholic • October 1 2021 19 S acred H eart P arish , D’I berville Sacred Heart Elementary in D’Iberville began Faith Formation Friday with all third through sixth graders in order to begin their spiritual journey in becoming intentional disciples. Students will meet every Friday with their Faith Houses and a staff mentor and discuss topics such as their beliefs as young Catholics, prayer life, service to others, and more. All staff members are sorted into one of the six Faith Houses so that they can be Ananiases and share their faith stories with our students. They will rotate in leading Faith Formation Fridays so that our students will hear personal spiritual messages from various adults and learn how to be Ananias to each other. We are very excited to see how this program helps students to reach their faith goals and become blossoming intentional disciples for Christ.
