Billtrust, a New Jersey-based
billing payment provider, is
expanding its Denver presence
with a relocation to Gateway
Park.
The company signed a
10-year lease for 26,570 square
feet of office space at Gateway
Office Four, located at 4400 Kit-
tredge St. in Denver. Billtrust
currently occupies 15,000 sf in
Denver.
Billtrust was attracted to the
62,456-sf building by its loca-
tion, quality and capacity to
accommodate its expansion
needs, according to Colliers
International, which represent-
ed the tenant in the transaction.
“Denver is one of the most
attractive markets for corpora-
tions to expand andwas ranked
No. 1 in best places for busi-
ness and careers by Forbes in
2015,” Bradford Fenlon, execu-
tive managing director in Col-
liers’ New Jersey office, said
in a press release. Fenlon and
Executive Managing Director
Rich Merles represented the
tenant with Robert Whittelsey
and Jason Sheehy, principals in
Colliers’ Denver office.
“The city, plus neighboring
Boulder, has one of the most
educated workforces in the
country, an alluring proposi-
tion for any national tenant,”
said Fenlon. “Billtrust is part
of a diverse economy that
includes best-in-class tenants
from the aviation, bioscience,
energy, financial services, IT,
health care and telecommuni-
cations industries.”
Another New Jersey-based
company, Panasonic Enterprise
Solutions, selected Denver over
22 cities in 2014 for its main
U.S. innovation and sales hub.
Gateway Office Four is locat-
ed in the heart of Gateway Busi-
ness Park, a 1,200-acre mixed-
use development off Interstate
70 and Peña Boulevard, near
Denver International Airport.
JLL represented the landlord,
