The former Gold Star Sausage
factory in River North recently
sold for the second time this
year and is being repurposed as
creative office/retail space.
Pathfinder Winfield RiNo
Holdings LLC bought the
47,326-square-foot property,
which consists of five joined
single-story buildings with a
partial mezzanine and lower
level, for $4.57 million. The
seller, 1425 Market LLC, paid
$3.2 million for the property in
March.
Located at the corner of
28th and Walnut in Denver,
2800 Walnut St. will offer
unique bow-truss ceilings with
skylights and a large outdoor
plaza. OZ Architecture is
designing the new space, which
will be delivered next summer.
Solesdi U.S., a manufacturer’s
representative for high-end
kitchen, bath and furniture
p r o d u c t s ,
will open a
showroom in
8,950 sf, said

representing the landlord in
leasing up the space. Spaces of
2,650 to 38,326 sf are available.
The building will have natural
light, 18- to 30-foot ceilings,
common-area meeting space, a
kitchen, locker room, showers
and a bicycle barn with a bike
repair station. The parking ratio
will be 1:1,000.
River North is one of the
hottest neighborhoods in
Denver. According to Shames
Makovsky, office and mixed-
use office/retail vacancy in
RiNo are under 5 percent.

at 13000 E. Albrook Drive in
Denver.
The property is less than a
mile from Interstate 70, off East
46th Avenue and Albrook.
