projects ranging from mas-
ter planning to detailed site
design. Since joining the firm
in 2005, he has been a consis-
tent contributor in the design
visualization, BIM and com-
munity outreach focus groups.
Tina DuMond, AIA, ACHA,
EDAC,
associate, is one of the
firm’s most
experienced
health care
project man-
agers/archi-
tects. She
has nearly
16 years of
overall expe-
rience and
12 years of
health care
experience.
Paul Garland, RLA, ASLA,
associate, is
a licensed
landscape
architect and
has been
with the firm
for over 16
years. Since
joining in
1999, he is
one of the
landscape
studio’s “finest” project man-
agers and leads the QA/QC
process for that group. He has
been a long-standing contribu-
tor to the specification, code,
ADA, architectural technolo-
gies and BIM focus groups.
Lupe Cantu, AIA, associate,
brought a unique pedigree
of high-design global project
experiences from both design
and construction perspectives
to the company. His back-
ground includes extensive
project analysis, conceptual-
ization, and
design and
construction
coordination
throughout
Europe, the
United Arab
Emirates and
the United
States.
Patrick
Lee, AIA,
EDAC, LEED AP,
associate, has
been with the firm since 2010
and leading
the design
on some of
DPA’s most
notable proj-
ects, includ-
ing Mile
High United
Way’s new
headquarters
building in
Denver and
St. Joseph’s Hospital in Dick-
inson, North Dakota.
Deborah Willier, AIA, LEED
AP,
associate, joined Davis
Partnership
in 2006 and
has over
13 years of
architec-
tural design
experience.
While at the
firm she has
assisted with
the devel-
opment of
commercial, education and
residential projects. Willier
later found her niche in the
management of projects for
the health care practice group.
For the past five years, she has
contributed to the well-being
and advancement of patients
and health care providers. She
has helped pioneer the pro-
gression of the building sci-
ence focus group, codes/ADA
focus groups, and currently
leads the construction admin-
istration focus group.
Brendan Byrne, AIA,
asso-
ciate, has
16 years of
architectural
design expe-
rience and
has been a
contribut-
ing designer
at the firm
for nearly
eight years.
His creative
vision of the urban landscape
enables him to provide fresh
new solutions to complex
architectural problems, the
firm noted.
Miguel
Seda, AIA,
EDAC, LEED
AP,
associate,
has worked
in health
care design
for the vast
majority of
his 27-year
career as
a health
care planner and health care
architect. At Davis, he leads
the emerging professional
focus group, participates in
the health care planners and
office standards group, and
has helped develop the firm’s
rapid prototyping process.
Lisa Bartlett, RA, NCIDQ,
LEED AP,
associate, is a
licensed architect, nationally
certified interior designer,
and LEED accredited profes-
sional. With
20 years
of experi-
ence, she
has brought
projects of
varying size
and sector
to successful
completion
throughout
the United States. Since join-
ing Davis Partnership in 2014,
Bartlett has established an
entirely new lighting design
process that integrates the dis-
tinct way lighting is specified
with Davis’s collaborative and
3-D driven model.
Dylan Bellamy
joined the
firm as a full-time accounting
assistant. In
addition to
his
full-time
job, Bellamy
is completing
his last year
at University
of Colorado
Denver and
will be
receiving a
degree in
business administration with
an emphasis in accounting. He
brings four years of human
resources and accounting
experience as a staff develop-
ment manager and additional
expertise as a sales, payroll
and revenue analyst.
