John Dudasch
was named
vice president for
Skanska’s
civil business unit in the West.
He will focus
on support-
ing projects
and pursuits
in Skanska’s
western
region.
Dudasch
has more
than 20 years
of experi-
ence in the
construction industry, joining
Skanska after serving as large
project executive at Granite
Construction. Prior to that, he
served as vice president and
North American operations
director at CH2M Hill Con-
structors.
Dudasch has significant
experience in project and oper-
ations management, includ-
ing management of heavy
civil design-build projects,
transportation, environmen-
tal remediation and facilities
work. He has managed and
provided hands on support
for all facets of design-build
projects including safety, qual-
ity assurance/quality control,
constructability, schedule and
cost management.
He received his bachelor’s
degree in civil engineer-
ing from Colorado State
University.

Tom
Alford, Ryan Balakas
and
Jason Kleinhelter.
Alford and Balakas were
promoted to vice president of
operations while Kleinhelter
was named
director
of project
develop-
ment.
Alford
and Balakas’
responsibili-
ties include
the oversight
and man-
agement
of the organization’s project
operations, providing strate-
gic direction and continuous
improvement
within the
planning and
execution of
their work
program.
Within proj-
ect opera-
tions, Bal-
akas focuses
on renova-
tion, tenant
improvement and in-hospital
projects, while Alford leads
all other commercial building
services. Both succeed Taryn
Edwards, who was tasked ear-
lier this year with leading the
construction firm’s entrance
into the private-public part-
nership sec-
tor as senior
vice presi-
dent.
Kleinhelter
serves as
Saunders’
director
of project
develop-
ment. He is
responsible
for leading the company’s
procurement and marketing
functions, where he works
with the executive leadership
team, project teams, trade
partners and clients to create
new business and market seg-
ment opportunities. Prior to
Kleinhelter’s promotion, he
held the position of business
development manager.
Alford, Balakas and Klein-
helter have been with the com-
pany for seven, nine and 11
years, respectively.

roles.
Jim Pinkard Jr.,
formerly
president,
was named
chief execu-
tive officer.
Pinkard will
continue to
have a focus
on business
develop-
ment, corpo-
rate strategy,
client rela-
tions and employee develop-
ment.
Mark Olesen,
formerly vice
president of operations, has
been promot-
ed to presi-
dent and will
be in charge
of all of the
construction
firm’s day-
to-day busi-
ness. Olesen
has been
with Pinkard
Construction
since 1979, shortly after gradu-
ating from college and has
worked in a variety of roles.
He was named vice president
of operations in 1991.
Jeff Barnes,
formerly a
construction
manager,
has been
named vice
president
of opera-
tions. Barnes
started at the
firm in 2000
as a project
manager and
was made
construction manager in 2003.
Barnes’ career spans over 40
years, including many years as
a superintendent.
Tony Burke,
previously a
senior project manager, has
been pro-
moted to
construction
manager.
Burke began
his career
with Pinkard
in 1999 as
a project
engineer
shortly after
he gradu-
ated from college. He was
promoted in 2005 to project
manager and again in 2009 to
senior project manager. Burke
has been extensively involved
in the company’s senior living
and health care groups.

John Radcliffe, PE, LEED AP,
recently joined
Galloway
as a
senior civil project manager.
In addition to project sup-
port, Radcliffe also will man-
age Galloway’s newly opened
Colorado Springs office. Rad-
cliffe pro-
vides more
than 20 years
of project
management
and land
development
experience
for private
clients as
well as
munici-
palities, military bases and the
federal government.

Eric McNeil
joined
Architec-
ture Design Collaborative’s
Englewood office.
McNeil joined the architec-
tural design firm with more
than 16 years of professional
experience and nine years as
a licensed architect. He is a
graduate of Arizona State and
Washington University in St.
Louis and has a vast array of
experience, working on project
types, including multifamily,
residential, retail, commer-
cial and large institutional
properties.
