Shopping Center Update

New retailers to open

at Twenty Ninth Street

Two new retailers are set to

open at Twenty Ninth Street in

Boulder.

J. Crew Factory will open a

6,352 square-foot store located

next to Staples and Nordstrom

the best of the company’s Men’s,

jewelry, cashmere sweaters, men’s

suiting, footwear and accessories.

PizzaRev also is scheduled to

open at the center. PizzaRev will

be a 1,778-sf store located next

to Smashburger and Verizon

Wireless. The fast-casual concept

allows customers to choose their

dough, sauce, cheese and top-

pings, while the “pizza crafters”

make the pizza right in front of

the customer.

“We look forward to welcom-

ing these two terrific concepts,

which we think will connect very

well with Boulder shoppers,” said

Kate Honea, senior marketing

manager for Twenty Ninth Street.

Twenty Ninth Street is locat-

ed at 1710 29th St. in Boulder.

It’Sugar will be located near

American Eagle Outfitters Fac-

tory Store.

Buckle is coming to Colorado

Mills in the fall. Buckle is known

for its unique mix of on-trend

clothing, shoes and accessories.

“As we continue to build upon

our already dynamic collection

of stores at Colorado Mills, we

further our position as a leading

destination for local shoppers

and visitors to the area,” said

Kimra Perkins, general manager

at Colorado Mills.

Colorado Mills is located at

14500 W. Colfax Ave. in Lake-

wood.

Two stores are opening in 2015

and key spaces are available at

Promenade Shops at Briargate.

Anthropologie, which mar-

Locally owned and operated Lorenzo Jewelers opened its new store at

Park Meadows Mall.

northwest Denver neighbor-

hood called Berkeley.

“This area has been undergo-

ing rapid transformation and

development and is of five

neighborhoods designated as

Neighborhood Marketplace

Initiatives by the city of Den-

ver,” Littleton Capital said

about the site on its Web page.

“Although there are smaller

sites available in the market,

there are few opportunities to

acquire a development greater

than one acre,” according to

Littleton Capital.

The site is zoned U-MS-5,

which would allow a five-story

building. Most of the U-MS-5

zoned parcels in the area have

been sold to apartment devel-

opers when they hit the market.

Carl Eichinger, who has been

operating Elitch Lane, will

close it in May. He will then

take over the Western Bowl at

1000 Ralston Road in Arvada.

Separately, Natural Grocers

plans to open a store in the

former Gunther Toody’s restau-

rant at 4500 E. Alameda Ave. in

Glendale and close the nearby

store at 5231 Leetsdale Drive,

Jones said.

“That will be a relocation,”

Jones said. “We don't have a

date for thatmove yet, either.”
