Greenwood Village
Construction is under way for the AMG National Trust
Bank (AMG) national headquarters in Greenwood Village,
Colo. The signature headquarters is fashioned after The
Palace of the Rhine in Strasbourg, France. Designed by
architect Ware Malcomb, the headquarters boasts a dome
event space, an entertainment roof top patio, and ornate
finishes, all delivered in an old-world European theme,
which will complement the current and planned
development in the Greenwood Village Town Center
District near Fiddler’s Green Amphitheatre. Prime West is
the developer on the project, and Swinerton is the general
contractor. The 46,000 RSF LEED Silver building will be
delivered in late April 2015.
