Tubbs brings more than
27 years of engineering and
construction experience to
the EnCon team. In his role
as director of preconstruction,
Tubbs’ responsibilities include
developing and managing new
business development opportu-
nities for EnCon Construction,
EnCon Renew, EnCon Utah
and Stresscon Corp.
Additionally, Tubbs is respon-
sible for business process
initiatives and improvement,
preconception design assistance
and value engineering, sales,
new market development and
product development. His pre-
vious experience includes com-
mercial and industrial building
construction, building design,
energy studies and preconstruc-
tion services in big, negotiated
and design-build projects.
Tubbs is a licensed engineer
in the states of Colorado, Illi-
nois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michi-
gan and Wyoming.
He also is certified by the
National Council of Examiners
for Engineering and Surveying
and licensed as an International
Code Council National Stan-
dard General Building Contrac-
tor (A).

two new project managers,
Catherine Robbins
and
Tom
Farrens.
Robbins joined the firm after
working at several Denver area
firms, serving as part of the
design team, being responsible
for construction documents,
field verifications, project
schedules and budgets and per-
mitting. She will work with the
team on the Douglas County
Detention Center and Fleet Ser-
vices projects.
Farrens joined the team after
having a successful career prac-
ticing architecture in Wyoming
and Idaho for the past 13 years.
He will work on various exist-
ing and new Wyoming-based
projects.

Harry Knight
as a senior proj-
ect manager.
In his new role, Knight will
oversee all
aspects of
contract
administra-
tion, includ-
ing com-
posing bid
packages and
directing the
bidding and
award pro-
cess. Knight
is already managing a variety
of projects at RJM Construction,
ranging from office to health
care and senior housing.
Knight has more than 25
years of experience in the con-
struction industry. He is expe-
rienced in representing project
owners and contractors in proj-
ect meetings, supervising the
preparation of value engineer-
ing and negotiating contract
terms. Previously, he was vice
president at Colcon Develop-
ment.
Knight attended the Uni-
versity of Colorado and is a
LEED Accredited Professional
and a Certified Professional
Estimator.

Lisa Bartlett, RA, NCIDQ,

as a senior
lighting designer.
In this role, she will lead the
lighting design for commercial
office, multi-
family, health
care and
higher educa-
tion projects.
Bartlett
has 20 years
of architec-
ture, interior
and lighting
design and
has worked
on projects throughout the
United States from California
to Texas to Maine. Prior to join-
ing Davis Partnership, Bartlett
founded and led a design firm
for eight years, then served as
director for the Denver office of
an East Coast-based boutique
architectural lighting design
firm.

as chief
operating officer. As COO, Gal-
lup will spearhead all opera-
tional aspects
of FCBI,
including
preconstruc-
tion, business
development,
contract over-
sight, opera-
tions, project
completion,
scheduling,
personnel
performance, training and cli-
ent satisfaction.
Gallup has a diverse back-
ground with more than 25
years of construction experi-
ence. Projects he has overseen
range in value from $375,000 to
more than $450 million, includ-
ing work at Invesco Field, Pepsi
Center, Intel Corp. and Centen-
nial Airport.

seven new employees to the
organization.
Swinerton’s new hires include
Adam Lulay,
who transferred
from Swinerton’s San Francisco
office to join
the Colorado
division as a
project man-
ager. While
in Northern
Califor-
nia, Lulay
worked
extensively
on the
Richmond
campus of Chevron. He is a
Certified Green Building Pro-
fessional and LEED Accredited
Professional BD+C.
Aaron Brooks
joined the firm
as a senior
project engi-
neer and will
work with
project team
members to
coordinate
operations
and com-
munications
between con-
sultants and
owners. He has a Juris Doctor
from the University Of Okla-
homa College Of Law and he
also holds a Bachelor of Science
in construction from Bradley
University in Illinois.
C.J. Kavan
also comes to
Swinerton as a senior project
engineer. He
has a Bache-
lor of Science
degree in
construction
management
from Colo-
rado State
University.
He currently
is assigned
to the Mon-
roe Street Apartments project,
which is under construction in
the Cherry Creek area.
Ryan Garris
is working as a
project engineer on the AMG
National Trust Bank head-
quarters project in Greenwood
Village. He is a graduate of
Washington
State Univer-
sity, where he
was heavily
involved in
the con-
struction
management
program and
served as the
vice president
of the student
club organization, served on
the ASC (Reno) Competition
Commercial team and won the
2012 DBIANational Student
Competition.
Jeff Ellis
has been hired as an
estimator and is responsible for
working with owners, design-
ers and Swin-
erton’s proj-
ect manage-
ment team
to develop
budgets,
subcontractor
solicitation
and pricing
for a variety
of project
types. He is a
graduate of Colorado State Uni-
versity’s construction manage-
ment program.
Mike Kenyon
serves as a
safety man-
ager for
Swinerton’s
Colorado
division,
where he
provides
training and
certification
to onsite
project per-
sonnel and
subcontractors. His responsi-
bilities include coordinating,
implementing and monitor-
ing individual project safety
programs. Kenyon holds a
Master of Science in occu-
pational safety and environ-
mental health from Columbia
Southern University in Mobile,
Alabama, and a Bachelor of
Science in occupational safety
and environmental health
from Millersville University in
Pennsylvania.
Stefan Huening
joined
Swinerton as a senior market-
ing coordina-
tor, where he
is engaged
in proposal
develop-
ment, market
research,
communica-
tions, adver-
tising and
branding. He
graduated
from State University of New
York at Stony Brook with a
degree in political science and
has numerous years of experi-
ence marketing professional
construction services.

Marsh will specify and
produce technical drawings
and bills of
materials
for client
projects, as
well as work
directly with
architects
and design
firms on
projects. She
also will be
responsible
for assisting in the selection
of product, finishes and other
design-related items.
She has extensive experience
in interior design, including
space planning and devel-
opment using technology
software, producing 3D draw-
ings for custom furniture and
installation projects and creat-
ing color board and renderings
for commercial and residential
clients.
Prior to joining Jordy Carter
Furnishings, Marsh served as
an interior designer for Office
Service Company in Pennsyl-
vania for two years. She holds
a bachelor’s degree in interior
design from The Art Institute of
York-Pennsylvania.
