The 9,148-square-foot women’s medical center, located at 10405 E. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., marks Evergreen’s third and final phase of its Eastbridge Town Center, which is a joint venture development with City Street Investors. “Evergreen and City Street Inves- tors are proud to complete our third and final phase of Eastbridge with the grand opening of the Stapleton Eastbridge Rose Center for Health,” said Tyler Carlson, managing princi- pal of Evergreen. “For decades, Rose Medical Center has been a staple for many of Denver families’ life- changing events and this state-of- the-art women’s center will bring Rose Medical’s facilities closer to the Stapleton community.” The Rose Medical Center is direct- ly across MLK Boulevard from the King Soopers and part of the East- bridge Town Center development. Eastbridge Town Center is home to a select choice of boutique shops, restaurants, fitness and neighbor- hood service providers. Denver-based G3 Architecture Inc. designed the building, Galloway completed engineering and Nexus Construction Inc., an affiliate of Evergreen, was the contractor. Children’s Hospital Medical Pavilion trades for $34.75 million An affiliate of Chicago-based Har- rison Street Capital, according to public records, purchased the Chil- dren’s Hospital Medical Pavilion for $34.75 million. Previously called Aurora Medi- cal Pavilion, the 113,568-square- foot building is located at 860 N. Potomac Circle in Aurora.
