Jenny West, LEED AP ID+C,

is the business

development manager for the Knoll Phoenix

region. Fueled by a passion for research and design,

West helps clients shape their work environments

with imagination and vision. She utilizes her robust

expertise as a licensed commercial interior designer,

LEED professional, Fitwel ambassador and change

practitioner certification to lead organizations to

re-imagine the norm.

Brad Buchanan

is the executive director of Denver

Community Planning and Development,

appointed to the position in 2014. He is

responsible for implementing visionary city

planning and ensuring safe, responsible,

sustainable building throughout Denver. A Denver

architect for nearly 30 years, Brad was involved

with many design and construction projects

throughout the city, including new commercial

and residential projects as well as adaptive reuse

of historic buildings. In 1999, he co-founded the

Buchanan Yonushewski Group, a single-source

architecture, construction and development firm.

Later, he served as a principal and board member

at RNL, a full-service design firm specializing in

sustainable, integrated design.

Andre LH Baros, AIA,

practices architecture at Shears

Adkins Rockmore, and teaches an architectural

studio at the University of Colorado Denver. His

current focus is on complex urban infill, housing

and mentoring the next generation.
