100 Steele
Located at the northeast corner of 1st Avenue and
Steele Street, the 100 Steele project occupies one
of the most prominent locations within Denver’s
renowned Cherry Creek retail and residential district.
The mixed use, multi-family high-rise is pursuing
LEED-NC Gold. This 12-story concrete frame structure
will provide Cherry Creek with 185 high-styled
apartments and 3,800 sf of boutique retail space.
