uilt in 1898, the auditorium was designed by Denver ar-
chitects F.E. Kidder and E.R. Rice. Generations of Boulder
residents and visitors have enjoyed the educational, cul-
tural and entertainment programs held there.

he Hotel Boulderado was the culmination of the Boul-
der community’s efforts to fund the construction of
a major downtown hotel. William Redding & Son de-
signed the 1907 Mission Revival building. The lobby occu-
pies a large sky-lighted atrium containing an impressive
cherry wood stairway.
