The 250 Columbine mixed-use complex includes an office tower that faces south and models the
look and feel of its commercial neighbors across Second Avenue. The building’s tony address and
90,000 square feet of chic modern office space has led to high leasing interest. The ground floor,
from the office tower north, will house 30,000 square feet of new restaurants and retail.
