Small business owners and marketing
directors must understand what’s available
in the digital and social media world for
marketing a business. This certification
is targeted to business owners, sole
practitioners, marketing directors, and
anyone employing the Internet and social
media to bring in clients, customers and
sales. It is suggested that you start with
overview classes, explore the various
platforms and tools, and then take the
strategy classes. A minimum of ten
(10) courses is required. A Certificate of
Completion in Digital Marketing will be
awarded to students who take at least two
(2) overview classes, six (6) platform or
tools classes and both Digital Marketing
Strategy and Social Media ROI.

Social Media Manager
Professional Certification
Gain the tools and experience you need to start
your own business as a social media manager
or work within an established company running
their digital marketing campaigns. Students
who complete the program will be ready to hit
the ground running as Social Media Managers.
Prerequisites
Before beginning the program, each student
must create a profile on and begin engaging
on the following six social venues: Facebook,
Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and

Certificate in Nonprofit
Leadership & Administration
This certificate in nonprofit leadership and
administration establishes a foundation for
those wanting to work in the nonprofit sector.
CFU is not an accredited university and the
certificate is not a university degree, but the
course of study will enable someone starting
out in the not-for-profit world to learn the
basics. To earn the certificate, students must
complete ten classes, at least seven coming
from the list of Core Courses.
