That’s probably not news to you. With over 100 employees and a very tight budget, keeping track of everything and everyone is not easy. What we want is a structure that effectively deals with the expected and the unexpected. The expectations of the city of Denver, OSHA, the state of Colorado and a myriad of other agencies have dramatically changed and continue to change, thus requiring more and more of us as an HOA. I have seen first hand the dedication and expertise of those that serve us daily and their efforts to meet all these governmental requirements. Their efforts to be communicative and transparent take a lot of their time. Valuing and protecting the vast corporate knowledge that resides in these employees will benefit us all. What about us as a community and what does this mean for us? I believe that we have arrived at Windsor Gardens hoping to spend this stage in our lives as worry free and peaceful as we possibly can. We didn’t bargain for noisy neighbors, conflicts with people in our buildings or parking problems. But we can’t expect our staff to solve everything for us.
