One is changing the delivery of Windsor Life to earlier in the month, which required moving the Board of Directors and Public Relations Committee meetings to earlier in the month among other adjustments. We are also trying to follow a committee meeting schedule template as much as possible, so you can attend a committee that you have an interest in, knowing it will be at a specific time and day of the week for most months. I’d like to request a few things of you as we enter 2019. If you attend a committee meeting to present information, please relate facts as much as possible. As tempting as it is to explain how you feel about an issue, we can’t make sound decisions based on feelings. Please try to remember that the committee members are your neighbors who have given of their time and effort to help our community, and they need a respectful and thoughtful presentation to best hear what you have to say. Your perspective and information are welcome and useful to the committees. Another request is that before you attend a committee meeting, you read the minutes of the prior meetings of that committee, if possible, to get as broad an understanding of the issues they will be discussing as you can. The minutes can be found on the association’s website or you can contact the administration office for a copy. As we move forward as a community in 2019, my hope is that Windsor Gardens continues to be the place you want to live with a lifestyle that enriches you day to day.
