by Jill Jamieson-Nichols

The Travelers Cos. will relocate into new office space at Inova Dry Creek in Centennial.

Industry sources said the company leased just over 120,000 square feet at Inova II, a 222,083-sf office building at 10825 E. Geddes Ave. The building is being developed by United Properties and is scheduled for delivery in January.

Travelers currently is located in the Atrium II building at 6060 S. Willow Drive in Greenwood Village.

Neither Travelers nor others involved in the transaction would comment on the lease. Sources said JLL’s Mike Rooks, Dan McGowan and Patrick Bolick represented Travelers. David Lee, Jason Addlesperger and Mike Wafer of Newmark Knight Frank are the listing brokers for Inova Dry Creek.

Inova II is a four-story building with large floor plates, 9-foot windows and 5.6 parking spaces per 1,000 sf.
