A joint venture between Legacy Partners, a privately owned national real estate firm, and USAA Real Estate Co., broke ground on TriVista on Speer, a 322-unit luxury apartment community. Previously called Legacy on Speer, the seven-story community situated on 2.3 acres on Speer Boulevard between 13th and 14th avenues is slated for completion in early 2019. “The close proximity to Denver’s Golden Triangle and downtown amenities make TriVista on Speer ideal for a luxury apartment development,” said Spencer Stuart, senior managing director of Legacy Partners. “The community is being planned to be amenity rich and to accommodate a healthy work/life balance for residents that work directly from home, in the community’s shared office space or elsewhere in the Denver area.” The Denver office of KTGY designed TriVista on Speer, which features finishes such as stone countertops, stainless steel appliances and gas stoves. In addition to the property’s business center, residents also will have access to other amenities, including an outdoor pool and lounge; roof and sun decks a two-level fitness center with a spin room and yoga studio; demonstration kitchen and wine cellar with individual lockers; dog spa; bicycle repair shop and a storage area for bike and ski equipment. CFC Construction is the general contractor for TriVista, located one block south of the Colorado Convention Center, a light-rail station and is located across the street from the Cherry Creek Trail. Helaba is the lender for TriVista on Speer.
