Granite Place at Village Center

Granite Properties and Confluent Development are developing Granite Place at Village Center, a 300,000-square foot Class AA office property located in Greenwood Village. Granite Place at Village Center is in the vibrant Village Center area at the intersection of I-25 and Arapahoe Road, and is a fresh and welcome alternative to the aging stock of office facilities currently located in southeast Denver.
