MAX Construction, Acquilano Leslie build out new Cherry Creek Kentwood space

Denver-based tenant finish construction firm MAX Construction Inc. recently completed construction on a new 12,767-square-foot space for Kentwood Real Estate located at 215 St Paul St. in the heart of Denver’s Cherry Creek neighborhood.

The $1.1 million project was a first-generation build-out, giving the team a blank canvas from which to work. MAX Construction, together with architect Acquilano Leslie, provided Kentwood Real Estate with a modern, open concept office featuring design elements that highlight Denver’s unique neighborhoods.

Kentwood Real Estate occupies two floors of the three-story building – a first floor retail space as well as a second floor with workspaces and conference rooms. In addition to the work and conference areas, a second-floor café area provides the tenant with a modern space to gather informally and even host events.
