CBRE’s latest Workplace360, which is a design approach to workplace strategy that maximizes collaboration and promotes productivity, is now open for business at 1225 17th St. With all of the building going on around town, it seems like the right time to add two new features, Designer Approved and Inside & Out(side). Readers will get the inside scoop on what’s hot in the world of design and how end users are filling out their spaces. Columnists tap into the changing face of the local architectural community in Colorado Pulse, the evolving role of women as architects in Creative Content, what motivated Tom Clark at Metro Denver EDC to build bridges in Leading the Way, propelling workplace change in Moving Forward, relocating Welltok’s corporate headquarters in End Users and moving Gusto into its new space in Project Management. We have health care covered with stories on Denver Health’s Southwest Family Health Center and the expansion of the University of Colorado Health Eye Center. On the other end of the spectrum, we also get a glimpse into the future of cemeteries. Other topics include building meaningful business relationships, creating collaborative workspaces, designing the library of the century, unveiling a new plan for downtown Denver parks, building upscale residential and looking in-depth at Gensler and its charitable side. Creating space. Building dialogue. That’s what it’s all about. The built environment is looking good. We look forward to sharing more of your stories in the next issue.
