Due to increased demand in the last few months, Griffis/ Blessing Inc. expanded by adding a small-property portfolio. There are four communities in the portfolio, which will be overseen by Candice Kennedy, CAM. These include The Ivy at Cheyenne Creek, Paloma Terrace, Woodside Townhomes and Shannon Hills Apartments. “We are excited to grow this portfolio and to meet the needs of owners with communities that are under 100 units in Colorado Springs,” said Pat Stanforth, CPM, senior vice president of Multifamily Services, Griffis/Blessing Inc. “Ms. Kennedy has over 20 years experience in the multifamily industry. She has worked her way up through the ranks and her experience at a variety of positions make her the ideal person to oversee this portfolio.” The portfolio started with the addition of The Ivy at Cheyenne Creek, 60 units, Nov. 1. Paloma Terrace Apartments, 60 units, came on line at the beginning of December and Woodside Townhomes, 72 units, on Dec. 29. Griffis/Blessing took over management on the most recent addition, Shannon Hills, 70 units, Jan. 29.
