A financial services firm signed a 10-year lease for a 31,200-square-foot office building in Littleton. Chatham Financial will expand its local operations into the building at 7926 S. Platte Canyon Road. Kiewit formerly occupied and owns the property. “It was a great opportunity for Kiewit to receive long-term cash flow,” said Tyler Reed of JLL, who represented the landlord with JLL’s Peter Beugg. Chatham will relocate to the building in June. “They’re going to transform the space into a very open, modern workspace. What they really liked was the standalone nature and the campus feel of the building, close proximity to Chatfield (Reservoir) for bike trails and all the outdoor amenities that they could offer to their employees, and the building is large enough to give them growth for the future,” he said. Greg Banta and Duncan Heitman of JLL represented Chatham Financial in the transaction. Constructed in 1981 and completely renovated in 2006, the building offers a headquarters identity and is located just off of C-470. It includes a 5,000-sf training center. Other News Another Littleton office building recently sold to a user for $517,500. West Grand LLC purchased the 4,380-square-foot building at 8125 W. Grand Ave. from Grand Ave. LLC. MGT Landscaping will occupy the property. Aaron Romero and Alfonso Avila, senior brokers at Unique Properties LLC-TCN Worldwide, represented the buyer in the transaction. Stephen Miller, also a senior broker at Unique, represented the seller.
