An 18,500-square-foot office building off 28th Street and Baseline Road in Boulder sold for $3.85 million, or $208.11 per sf. Square Seven LLC bought the five-story building at 777 29th St. from 777 29th Street Associates LLC. The property was 100 percent occupied, however, 2,146 sf is leased on a month-to-month basis and is being marketed for lease to a longer-term tenant, said Lynda Gibbons of Gibbons-White Inc., who is part of the new ownership group. Gibbons said the property offered a “solid location” and multiple tenants. It allows for medical, in addition to professional, office uses, and features views, lobby and common area upgrades, operable windows and 56 on-site parking spaces. Built in 1979, the building is located across 28th Street from the University of Colorado campus. Records show it sold two years ago for $2.79 million. Other News Fifth West Investments LLC paid $1.05 million cash for a 13,625-square-foot industrial building at 950 S. Sherman St. in Longmont. Resolution Fund LLC sold the property. It subsequently leased 2,958 sf to Boulder Works Inc. Larry Hawe of Sperry Van Ness/The Group Commercial represented the seller in the transaction. Tim Conarro of Longmont Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer. Hawe also represented Fifth West Investments in the lease to Boulder Works. Jim Burton of Corporate Realty Solutions LLC represented the tenant. Mobile Canning Systems leased 10,984 sf of flex space at 2120 Miller Drive in Longmont. Hunter Barto, Dryden Dunsmore and Becky Callan Gamble of Dean Callan & Co. represented the landlord, Goff Capital Partners, with Scott Garel of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. Mobile Canning is relocating from another building in Longmont. Chad Henry of W.W. Reynolds Cos. represented the tenant. Vista View Holdings LLC purchased 2.5 acres of land at 1885 Vista View Drive in Longmont from Mountain View Fire Protection District for $351,500. Mark Bradley of Realtec-Greeley represented the seller. Edward Regel of Regel & Associates represented the buyer.
