Occupying two buildings – one in downtown Denver, and one in the Tech Center – SYKES was finding it difficult to work well while growing so quickly. Consolidating its North American regional headquarters in Denver was the first step in - maximizing efficiency. RNL worked with SYKES to redefine its program standards by reducing private offices, evaluating workstation sizes, and setting the company up for better collaboration. SYKES is the innovation leader in customer call care because it has revolutionized how and when people go to work. One of the many goals SYKES wanted to achieve in this project was creating a place where people wanted to work. With a rising competition of remote positions, the company wanted a space that would make its employees want to come into the office. Pushing daylight into the space with glass walls and low workstation panels created open, bright workspaces, and a large communal break room drives employees, who are spread across two floors, to one location to interact and socialize.
