Calcon Constructors recently broke ground on 2300 Welton, the largest afford able housing development under construction in Denver Located on the corner of Park Avenue West and Welton Street, this transit- - oriented development in Five Points is one block from a light-rail stop and across the street from a refurbished park. The 223-unit project includes a four-story building with 195 units and a smaller three-story building with 28 units. Other amenities include a fitness center, three courtyards and two levels of underground parking with 205 spaces. The floor plans include studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Designed by Humphries Poli Architects and developed by Century Real Estate Advisors and PacifiCap Properties Group, this 260,000-sf project is scheduled for completion in September 2016.
