Seagate Colorado Partners selected Griffis/Blessing to manage the Environs Rental Community at 3323 W. 96th Circle in Westminster. Located in the highly desirable northern suburb of Denver, the community offers a mix of townhomes, patios homes, single-family homes and condominiums. Environs Rental Community, which sits on 32 landscaped acres, has 17 available floor plans for 318 units. Amenities include two heated swimming pools, a hot tub, a basketball court, a clubhouse with fitness and business centers, a playground and barbecue areas with picnic tables. The multiple floor plans offer an array of amenities. “This is our seventh collaboration with Seagate Colorado Partners and we are thrilled to manage such a unique rental community,” said Pat Stanforth, CPM, senior vice president of multifamily services. “With terrific ownership and an experienced staff, we are looking forward to building on the success of this investment.” District Manager Scott Kirkwood will add the assignment to his portfolio while Theresa Quaratino continues on as property manager.
